Moppity Vineyards Lock & Key Shiraz is a cool climate Shiraz sourced from the winery's high altitude vineyard in Hilltops, southern New South Wales.

The fruit sees pre-ferment cold soaking. After 12 days of fermentation, the wine is barrel aged in a combination of seasoned French hogsheads and stainless steel to produce a bright, youthful expression of Shiraz.

Deep purple red, Moppity Vineyards Lock & Key Shiraz is medium bodied with layers of red and purple fruits, floral tones and peppery spice. Cellaring potential is seven years.
